My Journey
I'm a passionate software engineer and computer science student with a deep fascination for how technology can transform ideas into reality. Currently pursuing my Bachelor's in Computer Science (Software Engineering) at UTM, I'm dedicated to mastering the art of building applications that not only function seamlessly but also create meaningful impact.
My journey in tech began during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, when I first started learning to code. I began with Swift, then explored Flutter, web development, and Python. This curiosity eventually led me to pursue my degree at UTM, where I've continued to grow as a developer.
Along the way, I've also developed a strong interest in artificial intelligence. With the rise of tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude during my university years, I became fascinated with AI's potential and started diving deeper into it. I'm excited to keep learning and contributing in this space.
When I'm not coding, you'll probably find me watching a movie or a TV show—or brainstorming the next big idea that could change how we interact with technology.

The Story
This project began as an exploration into applying deep learning to medical imaging. I wanted to solve a real-world problem: detecting brain tumors from MRI scans. The journey included data preparation, model development, evaluation using accuracy and precision metrics, and deployment into a FastAPI web application with Docker containerization.

- Classification: Predicts tumor presence using InceptionV3 transfer learning
- Segmentation: U-Net model generates tumor mask overlays
- Web App: User-friendly FastAPI interface for upload and results
- Deployment: Fully containerized with Docker for cloud deployment
- Stateless API: Processes results without storing patient data
- Visualization: Returns overlay images with tumor highlighted in red
- Logging: Records predictions with timestamps for monitoring

An AI-powered license plate detection and text recognition system using YOLOv8 and EasyOCR. Provides real-time license plate detection from video files with high accuracy and a modern dark-themed web interface.

The Story
This project was developed to solve the challenge of automated license plate recognition from video streams. I implemented a complete pipeline using YOLOv8 for detection, advanced image preprocessing for OCR enhancement, and EasyOCR for text extraction. The system includes smart duplicate detection and CSV export functionality for practical applications.

- Image preprocessing: 3x upscaling, grayscale conversion, Gaussian blur
- Otsu thresholding and morphological operations for text clarity
